This laptop can have a second Nvidia GPU installed in the Ultrabay replacing the optical drive. Starting in April 2013, Lenovo started shipping the GT750M in place of the previous GT650M graphics card. Note that this system has all video services routed through the Nvidia processer. Optimus is not supported, the Intel 4000 Ivy Bridge GPU is not accessible, etc.
The ultrabay is relatively non-standard when it comes to proper fit of a SATA hard drive sled. Some users have reported being able to fit generic ones in but it is not perfect and again, somewhat non-standard.
