Discussion
I have HP ProBook 4340s with the following processor Intel Core i3-2370M (2.40 GHz, 3 MB L3 cache) and Discrete: AMD Radeon HD 7570M. I switched off the discrete video card from the BIOS, cause I don't need it. Wiped out Suse Enterprise Linux Desktop and installed Arch Linux on it. Everything works out of the box but big issues with the Suspend to Ram – it suspends fast and wake up correctly but after some time everything freezes. Sometimes it's 3-4 seconds after resume, some times is 5 to 10 minutes. And had to put this to boot kernel options: acpi_osi=Linux acpi_backlight=vendor in order to have a working backlights.
