Discussion
I have an hp compaq 2230s and unfortunately being new to linux cannot get the sound to work.
I have recently installed over windows 7 pro linux mint and am at the moment suprised at how easy it has been, I think im a convert. The only things that dont work are the sound and fingerprint which i can live without otherwise a perfect installation from scratch. Well done for mint. I have tried to install the drivers and added something about options to the .info file but not with any luck, please help I don't want to give up already.
